Poli-Auto Canada Warranty Policy
Effective January 01, 2005

SHORTAGES / DAMAGES:

  • Short-Shipped goods must be notified within 48 hours of receipt; thereafter, no claim will be allowed.
  • Damage claims must be made directly with the carrier.

WARRANTY & RETURNS:

  • All CLA products are designed and manufactured for show and/or off-road use only. Please check with local authority or provincial law before installation.
  • All exchange items must be returned in the original CLA packaging with no parts missing, cut off or any other extra attachments.
  • Any physical damage on any product is NOT part of the manufacturer warranty.
  • Failure of the product due to improper installation or maintenance, modification, misuse, abuse or unauthorized repairs will NOT be covered under warranty.
  • Automotive lamp bulbs which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of wear and tear.
  • All lighting parts and assemblies including head lamps, tail lamps, fog lights and neon products (e.g. under car kits, light rods, license frames, and etc), are not subject to exchange, return or warranty after installed. Any warranty or exchange must be made BEFORE installations.
  • 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns or exchanges may apply.
  • $30.00 charge will apply on all return cheque.
